The first mixed-use development of its kind in downtown Raleigh’s rapidly expanding, vibrant Warehouse District.

Completed in 2018, the project includes an 18-story office tower with retail space and two six-story apartment buildings with an adjoining parking deck. The Dillon makes up an entire, 2.5-acre city block bound by S. West Street, W. Martin Street, S. Harrington Street and W. Hargett Street. At street level, the building complements the surrounding historic neighborhood and from a distance assumes a monumental presence in downtown Raleigh’s skyline.

Warehouse District

Iconic red brick warehouses active during a time of warehousing and manufacturing in downtown Raleigh have been transformed into an eclectic mix of restaurants, specialty shops, entertaining nightlife and entrepreneurial office space. This vibrant activity will continue to grow in the coming years as more businesses, retailers, restaurant options and residential communities flock to this emergent and lively district.
